Seniors at James Monroe Campus received a special parting gift this year when a day dedicated to four graduating players ended on a high note with a victory over Harry S. Truman High School.
The school set aside Tuesday, February 6, as Senior Day, the final regular season game for Monroe, as it awaited its seeding in the upcoming playoffs.
With possibly the final opportunity to impress its fans, Chris Butler, Marvin Ramirez, Louis Young and Nehemia Monroe joined their fellow teammates with a big 60 to 49 victory.
