Pope Benedict deserves respect

I would like to applaud Pope Benedict XVI for addressing the issue of clerical sex abuse. I was deeply moved when I read his comments, like when he said, “We are deeply ashamed and will do all possible that this cannot happen again in the future.” There is so much anger, pain and suffering from this abuse. I truly have faith and believe Benedict will help in the healing. I pray there will be change for the better.
