CORONA — A 20-year-old man was arrested and arraigned Friday after he allegedly sexually abused a girl at a public pool, according to the police.
Julio Ajpacaja, of 49th Avenue in Corona, was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, police said. Ajpacaja was in the Fischer Pool on 99th Street around 4:30 p.m. when he started to fondle a young female swimmer, according to police.
EMS crews arrived on scene and evaluated the girl while Ajpacaja was taken into custody, police said.
