FLUSHING — A Forest Hills man was arraigned last week on charges he allegedly drove his car into an individual with whom he was fighting, the Queens district attorney said.
Seng Tan, 41, allegedly struck Victor Morales, 29, in front of the victim’s Flushing home as Morales’ small children looked on at the end of January, the DA said. Tan and Morales had been fighting prior to the incident, the DA said.
Morales was hit in his stomach and chest and then fell onto the hood of the car while the vehicle was still in motion, the DA said.
Tan was charged with assault, reckless endangerment, assault, reckless driving and endangering the welfare of a child, the DA said.
He was arraigned Feb. 8 on $10,000 bail. He will appear again in court Feb. 23.
