Two Queens natives who now call Long Island home temporarily traded their wedding dress and tuxedo for baseball jerseys as they made history by becoming the first couple to celebrate their wedding at Citi Field.
Frank Caputo, originally of Elmhurst, and Jackie Scotti, originally of Middle Village, got married at a church in Flushing on Saturday, March 27 and then took a white trolley to Citi Field for their wedding celebration.
More than 250 guests joined the couple, who are both big Mets fans, in the Acela Club inside the stadium for their celebration.
