Brian M. Taylor, a Queens native who was born and raised in Little Neck and Douglaston, died Nov. 4. He was 46.
Taylor was born March 13, 1964, and graduated from St. Anastasia Roman Catholic School, at 45-14 245th St. in Douglaston, and St. Mary’s High School, at 51 Clapham Ave., in Manhasset, L.I. He attended Fordham and St. John’s universities. Taylor was a fan of the New York Yankees.
He is survived by his mother Margaret; brothers Ronald, Denis and Timothy; sister Margaret Ann; and 15 nieces and nephews.
A wake was held Nov. 9 at the Doyle B. Shaffer Funeral Home, at 45-09 Little Neck Pkwy., in Little Neck. Taylor’s funeral mass was held at St. Anastasia’s Church in Douglaston Nov. 10 at 10:30 a.m. He was interred at Mount St. Mary’s Cemetery, at 172-00 Booth Memorial Ave., in Flushing.
