Everyone was in a festive mood at the 104th Precinct Civilian Observation Patrol’s (104COP) “post-holiday” party held on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 24, at the Avenue Bar and Grill in Glendale. The celebration included a presentation of awards to three 104COP members-Vincent Alberici, Jon Miuta and Paul Schottenhamel-who have served with the volunteer patrol for 25 years. Joining the patrol for the festivities were City Council Member Elizabeth Crowley, Assemblyman Mike Miller (a 104COP member himself) and State Sen. Joseph Addabbo. Some of the guests and 104COP members on hand, along with 104COP President Frank Kotnik, are pictured above.
