Finally getting a break in the winter weather, officers from the 102nd Precinct and young volunteers cleaned up graffiti around the command’s confines last Saturday, Mar. 8. As noted, the participants met up in the morning at the precinct’s Richmond Hill stationhouse, then were sent to locations around the area to paint over tags from public property. Among those pictured were P.O. Jose Severino of the 102nd Precinct Community Affairs Unit.
