Sales have officially launched for another luxury condo building in Long Island City.

The Bond, located at 46-20 11th St., includes one-, two- and three-bedroom units, many with private terraces, and will range in price from $755,000 to $2.08 million. Sales for the building, which was developed by LCH Development, will be handled by Modern Spaces.

“The Bond is bringing 42 new homes to Queens, which is finally having its moment, while Brooklyn begins experiencing its first wave of people leaving in search of more affordable, luxury buildings. In Long island City, we’re seeing young professionals fall in love with the neighborhood and choose to purchase amenity-packed condominiums where they will likely start families,” said Eric Benaim, CEO and founder of Modern Spaces.

Situated in the heart of Hunters Point, the condos in The Bond offers luxury conveniences. Each apartment has in-unit Bosch washers and dryers; digital, front door smart locks by Samsung; and chef-inspired kitchens with oak cabinets stainless-steel, Bosch appliances and marble countertops and backsplashes. The bathrooms in each unit feature marble floors and walls, polished chrome and brushed aluminum Kohler appliances and free-standing Kohler bathtubs with separate showers.

The building features a variety of amenities, including an entertainment lounge, a fully equipped fitness center, a landscaped outdoor patio, a bike storage area and a part-time doorman supplemented by a 24-hour virtual doorman.

The Bond is also nearby many local restaurants, bars and Hunter’s Point South Park. However, for those who want to explore the rest of the city, The Bond is situated near the E, 7 and M train lines and the East River Ferry, giving homeowners easy access to the other boroughs.

“We pride ourselves on tapping into neighborhoods with tremendous growth potential and we feel Hunters Point is a flourishing, waterfront location that will draw an abundance of interest to the project,” said John McInerney, Chief Development Officer of LCH Development. “For The Bond, we assembled an expert team with in-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Long Island City that’s sure to sell quickly.”
