Man sought in Woodhaven bank rob
The suspect was described as a 30-year-old black man, 5-foot-8, weighing 180 pounds with a moustache and goatee, according to police. Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call Crimestoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
Woodhaven woman dies when car hits tree
Elaine Campos, 43, was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said. The accident took place near the Metropolitan Avenue exit in Forest Hills at 2:30 a.m., police said. The cause of the crash could not be determined.
