A Good Idea To Stop Abuses

What happened to the proposed rule to put license plate numbers on handicapped cards? Many young people use their mother’s or father’s card and park in handicapped spaces in shopping centers and other locations. I am 88 years old, handicapped and I can not walk far. I often can not find a handicap space. Something has to be done to stop this.
