William J. Carr

William J. Carr of Whitestone passed away on March 26. Beloved husband of Lena. Devoted father of James, Kathleen Heffernan, the late Patricia Ann Carr, Roberta Ruocco, William Jr. and Barbara Ann Carr. Dear brother of Bartley, Brother James, Charlie, the late George, and the late Roger. Also survived by 14 loving grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held at St. John Vianney Roman Catholic Church. Internment was at Calverton National Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by the Martin A. Gleason Funeral Home in Flushing.
