Wallet stolen

An unidentified 44-year-old woman reported to police that her wallet was stolen from her handbag on while she was shopping in the Waldbaums Supermarket at 133-11 20th Avenue in Whitestone.
The incident occurred on Monday, November 17; sometime between 7:15 and 7:45 p.m. She had left her handbag open and unattended in her shopping cart and discovered that her wallet, containing her identification, social security, credit and debit cards, and an undetermined amount of cash was missing, when she got to the cashier.
Police have no description of the perpetrator or perpetrators.
