Second Annual Concert Presented by Varadi Cancer initiative

The Varadi Ovarian Initiative for Cancer Education (VOICE) will present its second annual fall concert on Thursday, September 24 at the North Shore Towers Cinema Theatre at 7:30 p.m.

If you remember last year’s concert with Darren Williams, you won’t want to miss this double-header.

The Manhattan Skyline, a well-known ‘50s and ‘60s Doo Wop group, will thrill you with songs of the Capris, BeeGees, Salutations, Classics, Chimes and others. They will bring back memories!

Melissa Goscinski (Melissa “G”) is a new singing sensation! She was chosen by Academy Award winner and former American Idol contestant Jennifer Hudson to sing with her on “The Today Show.” She has also appeared at Radio City Music Hall. Her voice is spectacular!

The sponsors of this year’s concert are Daniel Gale/Sotheby’s International Realty, Massey Knakal Real Estate Services, Pearl and Nathan Halegua, James Nelson, Jay Grossman/Global Client Group, Melrose Credit Union, Merrill Lynch and the Varadi-Rudy families.

The concert will benefit the National Ovarian Cancer Early Detection Program at Mount Sinai Hospital under the leadership of Dr. David A. Fishman.

Tickets are $40 each, which includes an after show dessert with the performers.

All seats are reserved and assigned based on the dates checks are received. All checks must be received by September 10.
