On Friday December 4, off-duty NYPD Detective James O’Connell, 39, was arrested for DWI?after he reportedly smashed into a tollbooth at the Midtown Tunnel.
O’Connell, a 15-year veteran who had been reportedly returning from a holiday party, was suspended.
