ELMHURST — The NYPD was looking for help in identifying a man wanted in connection with an armed robbery around 7:30 a.m. Feb. 26 at an Elmhurst bodega, police said.
According to reports, a black male between 25 and 35 years old approached the store clerk inside a 107-24 Corona Ave. bodega and demanded money with a silver revolver. The 5-foot-6 man fled the location on foot, police said.
Reports described the man with brown eyes, wearing a black baseball cap, a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and tan work boots.
