Pol to Chancellor: Expand Gifted Pgms.

City Council Member Jimmy Van Bramer personally appealed to Schools Chancellor Dennis Walcott to expand the gifted and talented programs in School District 30 during a special town hall meeting held by the district’s Community Education Council last Monday, Jan. 14, in Long Island City.
