THE ROCKAWAYS — An NYPD traffic cop was arrested over the weekend on assault charges, police said.
Shanna Hamilton, 29, was arrested around 6:30 a.m. Sunday within Rockaway Beach’s 100th Precinct on an assault charge, the NYPD said.
