According to the real estate company, the building at 380 Grove St. is located in an R6, C2-3 zone, which allows for 51,638 square feet of buildable facility and 26,142 square feet for mixed-use/residential purposes, meaning the new leaser can build up to 10 stories at the site.
There is a 99-year ground lease is being offered to the prospective tenant for $384,000 for each year.
The site comes with the potential to create:
