Thousands expected to compete in 25th Queens Half-Marathon
More than 4,000 running enthusiasts, including many top distance runners from the tri-state area, are expected to enter into the 25th Annual Queens Half-Marathon Saturday, May 17. The gun goes off at 8:10 a.m. outside of McNeil Park in College Point.
CPRRs Williams takes second, sets sights on Skaggs-Walsh
While 19-year-old John Loehr of Holtsville, L.I. led all the way and was the overall winner of the sixth annual Adelphi University Community Road Race of 3.1 miles, the initial finisher from the College Point Road Runners Track Club was Peter Williams.
