The three stray dogs that “terrorized” Kew Garden Hills for a month were captured last week by animal control officials who suggested the canines’ bark may be bigger than their bite.
A pack mentality could be to blame for the strays’ unruly behavior while roaming elementary grounds and apartment complexes in the community since mid-January, officials suggested.
