Dist. 27, 28 parent council to hold run-offs for group

Districts 26 in northeast Queens, 27 in South Ozone Park and 28 covering Jamaica, Richmond Hill and Forest Hills will join 16 others citywide in conducting CEC run-offs Thursday and Friday to fill 25 seats still vacant after the regular elections.
