Sales soar at new luxury Kew Gardens Condominium

Sales at Park Lane, the new luxury condominium in the desirable neighborhood of Kew Gardens, have gotten off to a torrid start.
Buyers have snapped up more than 45 percent of the 18-story building’s 59 luxury residences in less than three months after opening, according to Brooklyn-based Denali Construction, its developer. The one- and two-bedroom homes, which expect their first occupants next month, are currently priced from $337,000.
