Jury say Jamaica man took life of rap artist

Vincent Rose, of 106th Avenue, was convicted following a two-week jury trial of second degree murder in the shooting death of Gerald “DO Canon” Fields.

Brown said Fields, 26, was shot dead in front of 104-11 177th St. on Sept. 4, 2003.
