New face around the neighborhood

The new face you may have seen in the streets around either side of Cross Bay Boulevard belongs to Police Officer Vincent “Vinnie” Tavalaro of the 106th Precinct. The 27-year-old has been with the precinct for just over a year. In February he became a beat cop in Old and New Howard Beach.
