Driven to Teach

Robert Bloom, a health teacher and dean at John Adams High School in Ozone Park, considers unsafe driving an epidemic – especially among teens.

Bloom has been teaching driver safety to students for 15 years using over 300 newspaper clippings and photos of accident scenes as a harsh reminder to students to use caution behind the wheel.
