Electrician accused of stealing: Police

LITTLE NECK — A Little Neck homeowner accused an electrician working on her home of stealing jewelry when he was making repairs, police said Thursday.

The victim said she had hidden jewelry in a box in the basement of her home on the 64th Avenue block of 251st Street in Little Neck where the electrician was working April 14, police said.

She said the jewelry was gone when the worker left her home, police said.
