TAX HELP

From now through Monday, April 13, individual branch libraries around Queens are presenting Free Individual Tax Counseling for Low-Income Older Adults. The American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) is bringing IRS-trained counselors who will provide assistance in completing 2008 personal income tax returns. Bring a copy of your 2007 tax return, W-2 forms, 1099 forms, forms mailed to you by the IRS, and any other information concerning your income and expenses. Service is free; first-come, first-served.
