On hand for the ceremony were Borough President Helen Marshall (second from left) and developer Vincent Riso (hardhat) of Briarwood Organization.
The City Department of Housing Preservation and Development joined Briarwood and its building partners in marking the final phase of construction of Water’s Edge – 130 middle-income condo units. The entire development consists of 210 units of two and three-bedroom homes.
Marshall provided $600,000 in infrastructure support.
