WOODSIDE — A 59-year-old Woodside man was arrested after he allegedly punched two people in the face in his 58th Street home, the Queens district attorney said.
Sung Kwon, of 33-37 58th St. in Woodside, was arraigned July 27 before Queens Criminal Court Judge Lenora Gerald on assault and harassment charges and released on his own recognizance, Queens DA Richard Brown said. He will return to court on Sept. 24, the DA said.
The defendant allegedly punched a man in the face July 27 at his home, Brown said. A woman attempted to intervene and she was also allegedly punched about the face, the DA said.
The male victim suffered from swelling near his eye, while the woman had a laceration near her eye, the DA said.
