OZONE PARK — A man is facing assault and harassment charges after getting into a fight with another man inside his house, the Queens district attorney’s office said.
Around 8 p.m. Sept. 1, Sukhwinder Singh, 49, was inside his home at 115-16 103rd Ave. when he allegedly choked the other man, scratched his neck, punched him in the face and then pushed him down the stairs, according to a criminal complaint filed by the DA’s office.
Singh was arraigned Sept. 2 and released after an order of protection was issued, the DA said. His next court date is Oct. 20.
