Cable customer pushed, hit with hammer: Brown

MIDDLE VILLAGE — A cable TV installer was arraigned last week after he assaulted a customer, the Queens district attorney’s office said.

Arnold Brown, 41, of Far Rockaway was charged with assault, menacing and harassment May 9, according to the DA’s office.

The day before, Brown was installing cable at a home on Metropolitan Avenue and 55th Street when he got into a verbal altercation with the homeowner, the criminal complaint said.

The cable installer allegedly pushed the customer and hit him in the head with a hammer, according to the DA’s office.
