Reckless actions of bicyclists have reached epidemic proportions and the suggestion to remedy that by putting celebs on Radio or TV will be a joke. Who is going to watch it? A take-out bicyclist in Queens? A dangerous bicyclist going through red light in Manhattan?
Not only on the roads, but you see these bicyclists even riding on the sidewalks and knocking off pedestrians without any fear of punishment.
If the police want to do some work, they should deploy plain cloth policemen in all boroughs starting with rush hours and confiscate the bicycle with which the crime was committed.
That is the only way things will improve. Not by staging some farce on radio and TV.
