Plane makes emergency landing in Far Rockaway

A plane made an emergency landing on a Far Rockaway Beach Monday evening, according to a Daily News report.

The three passengers onboard were uninjured.

The single-engine plane was making a round trip voyage from Republic Airport in Farmingdale and landed in the shallow waters near Beach 56th Street after reporting engine troubles, the report said. (Click here for the full story)
