Actor/writer and former Glendale resident Vincent James Arcuri will be debuting his one-man stage show, Becoming Butch, at the 16th annual New York International Fringe Festival in Manhattan this August. Written and performed by Arcuri under the direction of Gary Riotto, the show is described as a “coming-of-age tale based on his life experiences. Performances are scheduled to take place on Friday, Aug. 17, at 3 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 21 at 2:45 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 23, at 6:30 p.m., Friday, Aug. 24, at 8 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 25, at 5:45 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 26, at noon at the Steve and Marie Sguros Theatre, located at 115 MacDougal St. in Manhattan.
