Young members of the Juniper Juniors-an offshoot of the Juniper Park Civic Association (JPCA)-removed refuse and repainted graffiti from the bridge at the corner of Eliot Avenue and 60th Lane in Middle Village last Saturday, Apr. 27. As shown, the juniors got a helping hand from volunteers representing the JPCA as well as Stop & Shop supermarket. Among those pictured are JPCA President Robert Holden (backrow, third from left) and Len Santoro (back row, second from left), coordinator of the Juniper Juniors.
