JAMAICA — Police said early Thursday that an unidentified 14-year-old boy was arrested and charged in connection to the sexual assault of a 4-year-old girl in Jamaica in a McDonald’s play area Tuesday.
The teen was charged with a criminal sexual act, the NYPD said.
The girl had been inside a tubular play structure at the 181-25 Hillside Ave. fast food eatery around 8:25 p.m. when she was sexually assaulted, police said.
Surveillance footage showed a person who the police identified as a suspect and described him as between 18 and 30 years old with a medium skin tone and wearing a brown or dark purple short-sleeved polo shirt, faded black or dark blue jeans, white sneakers and a bandage or lump on his forehead, the Police Department said.
