Off-duty bus driver drove drunk: Police

OZONE PARK — An off-duty bus driver was arrested Saturday at about 10:33 p.m., police said.

Edward Sanders, 49, who drives a bus for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and leaving the scene of an accident, according to police.

His blood alcohol level was .08 percent, cops said.
