Two buildings will be knocked down in Long Island City to make way for a seven-story, mixed-use structure.
The site at 37-01 30th St. will total 184,085 square feet with 133,452 square feet dedicated to 199 residential units. In addition, there will be 10,950 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and 10,976 square feet for manufacturing on the first floor, permits filed with the city show.
The building will include an underground lot with 196 parking spaces, 110 bicycle spots and a recreation room, according to YIMBY.
The developer is Harvey S. Gordon of 37-21 30th Street Corp. and the architecture firm responsible for design is Aufgang Architects.
