A 28-year-old died after being shot several times in St. Albans early Saturday morning.
On Saturday, Aug. 15, around 3:05 a.m., the NYPD received a call about a man shot in front of 187-09 Ridgedale St., according to the police.
Officers arrived to the scene to find the 28-year-old man with gunshot wounds to his head and torso, according to the NYPD. The man was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The identity of the man is being withheld until the family is properly notified.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
