The NYPD is looking for three suspects in connection with a series of robberies and carjackings that have taken place in Queens in the last two months.

The robberies have occurred within the confines of Queens’ 102nd, 105th, 109th, 110th and 115th police precincts.

Police say the first incident occurred at approximately 5:40 a.m. on Sunday, Feb 19, when a 40-year-old man left his Mercedes Benz SUV running and unattended in front of 132-03 Sanford Ave. While the victim was walking back to his vehicle, two unknown individuals exited a white car and approached him. One man displayed a firearm and both individuals proceeded to enter the victim’s vehicle. They fled the scene in the vehicle and headed northbound on College Point Boulevard, police said.

The victim did not sustain any injuries, according to authorities.

The vehicle was later recovered unoccupied.

The second incident occurred at approximately 6:10 a.m on March 14.

Police say a 25-year-old man was driving a Jeep SUV in the vicinity of Forest Park Drive East and Metropolitan Avenue when an unknown white vehicle rear ended him. Two individuals exited the white vehicle and approached the victim. One of the crooks then displayed a firearm and both suspects entered the vehicle. The duo fled the scene in the Jeep, while a third individual drove off in the white vehicle. The Jeep was later recovered unoccupied.

Similar crimes occurred on March 29, March 30, April 1, April 2 and April 3, according to authorities.

Police say the incident on March 30 became violent when a 54-year-old male victim was approached by two unidentified individuals. One of them displayed a firearm and forcibly removed the victim’s wallet and car keys from his pocket. One of the crooks struck the victim in the face with the firearm, which caused a minor injury, according to authorities.

A carjacking attempt on April 3 near the intersection of 137 Road and 220 Street was unsuccessful, as the 48-year-old female victim who was targeted refused to hand over her car keys, police said. The three suspects fled back into the white vehicle without stealing any property.
