Craig Smyth resigns as CEO of newly acquired WFS

WFS CEO resigns after sale to SATS
Craig Smyth, the highly-experienced CEO of Worldwide Fight Services since 2016, has resigned from the company, newly acquired by SATS, now to be headed by Kerry Mok Tee Heong who is the President and CEO of SATS since 2021.
Smyth took over WFS from Olivier Bijaoui as the company was taken over by Platinum Equity then again by Cerberus Capital in 2018 . His previous position was the head of John Menzies Aviation Division for 22 years. He leaves behind a grateful company that has expanded and grown during his tenure.
WFS has a large workforce at JFK Airport and will be the prime tenant in the newest Realterm cargo building under construction at the airport.
