Madison Realty Capital announced it is opening its leasing for two residential towers at Woodside Central.

The two towers will be a part of a mixed-use development on Queens Boulevard including mixed-income apartments, retail facilities, outdoor space. This project will also include a new public school.

In collaboration with the New York City School Construction Authority, the Department of Education, and Madison Realty Capital, PS Q340 is anticipated to open in September 2025.

“In addition to beginning the construction of a state-of-the-art elementary school, we are pleased to be able to provide high-quality affordable housing to the vibrant Woodside community at a time when building affordable housing options is more critical than ever for New Yorkers,” said Zachary Kadden, managing director of Development at Madison Realty Capital.

Madision Realty Capital will be outsourcing MNS Real Estate for leasing and marketing purposes.

“Our team is thrilled to serve as the exclusive leasing and marketing firm, and to work alongside Madison Realty Capital, to bring this new luxury building to the market,” said Andrew Barrocas, CEO of MNS Real Estate. “As Woodside Central is one of the first fully-amenitized buildings in the area, we are confident that the units will enjoy similar absorption rates to other products we’ve recently brought to market.”

Woodside Central is located at 46-09 69th St. and 46-10 70th St. in Woodside, Queens. The property will offer 478 units, with a variety of studio, one- and two-bedroom luxury rentals, with western views of Manhattan. Thirty percent of these units will be dedicated to the city’s Mandatory Inclusionary Housing program. Units will range from 430 square feet to 1,030 square feet.

The rentals are designed by AKM Architects with elements of oak wood and quartz throughout the unit. Units will also include a Blomberg Kitchen Applicance Package, custom kitchen cabinetry and more. Residents can also access amenities such as a fitness center, laundry room, and the roof deck.

“Offering exciting new restaurants, shops and accessible public transportation to Manhattan, Woodside has evolved into a primary destination for New Yorkers to live, work, and play and we are proud to deliver attractive new rental options at Woodside Central as the neighborhood continues to grow,” said Kadden.
