St. Albans siblings reported missing on Monday are found and back with family: NYPD

The St. Albans siblings who were reported missing on Monday have been found, according to the NYPD.

Carl Smith, 12, and his 11-year-old sister Colleen Rahman-Smith, who were last seen leaving their home on 195th Street near 120th Street Avenue at noon after they reportedly had an argument with their grandmother, were found on Oct. 3 and returned safely to relatives, according to an NYPD spokesman, who could not provide further details on the case.

State Senator Leroy Comrie was informed by the NYPD that the children were returned to relatives who are requesting privacy at the moment.
