Permits have been filed for a 4-story, 47-unit residential building on 32nd Avenue in Flushing.

The proposed development, which is slated to go up at 141-05 32nd Ave., would be approximately 40 feet tall and have 36,927 square feet of residential space, according to the permit. The development would include 47 residences, with each unit being an average of 786 square feet. Given the size, the units are likely to condos as opposed to rentals.

In addition to the 47 residences, the structure will also have a cellar, 47 enclosed parking spaces and a 30-foot long rear yard.

Lu Ning Architecture is listed as the architecture firm that submitted the permits.

Demolition permits have not yet been filed for this property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
