BAY TERRACE – The 109th Police Precinct and City Councilman Tony Avella (D-Bayside) will hold a free VIN etching on Saturday, July 19 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center on 26th Avenue and Bell Boulevard.
