The Central Queens YM & YWHA, 67-09 108th St., Forest Hills, in an ongoing effort to better serve the needs of the Orthodox community, is proud to announce that through March 25, 2000, the Health and Fitness Department will open its doors on Saturday nights. Join us for women-only swimming sessions from 7-9 p.m. and for men-only swimming sessions from 3-11 p.m. In conjunction with the swimming schedule, the Body Shop (aerobics and weight training room), steam room and sauna will be available in separate time slots for men and women.
