Two other victims, a cousin and friend of the driver, were rushed to Mary Immaculate Hospital Sunday morning, said Detective Carolyn Chew, a Police Department spokeswoman.

Andre Dial, 16, of 109-16 115th St., who died, had helped organize the party for his cousin
