ASTORIA — A Brooklyn man was charged Monday with murdering an Astoria teenager in February, police said.
Jonathan Moss, 22, of 1126 Belmont Ave., was charged with second-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of 19-year-old Raynor Bradshaw of 23-02 34th Ave. police said.
Bradshaw was shot once in the neck at the corner of Crescent Street and 34th Avenue at 3:15 a.m. Feb. 21, police said.
