Another two-alarm fire was reported at a St. Albans two-story private home Sunday morning. One of the house's residents, Leonard Washington, 35, was taken to the hospital with third-degree burns.
Ladders 133 and 314 responded to the first-floor fire, which was reported at 9:40 a.m. at Murdock Avenue and 175th Place. The fire was put out approximately 50 minutes later.
Two firefighters were also transported to Mary Immaculate Hospital along with Washington, who on Monday had not been released, the family said.
